The role of the pastry commis chef is to support senior chefs to successfully run the pastry section. The ideal pastry commis chef candidate should have:

  • Prior experience in high-end hotels/restaurant pastry kitchens.
  • Willingness and desire to learn and develop under the guidance of the Pastry management team.
  • Experience working with freshly baked pastry products, freshly made ice creams, and chocolate products as well as plated desserts.
  • Ambition to grow and help support others around them for the success of the whole team.
