Overview Of The Role
The role of the Dining Room Manager is to successfully lead the F&B team in executing all areas of service across our various outlets. The ability to lead and inspire others while maintaining a positive, hospitality-focused attitude is crucial to the success of this role. Commitment to service and taking care of others is a must.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, including H&S policies and HR policies.
- Manage own workload efficiently and find balance between responsibilities on the floor during service and office administrative work.
- Communicate well within the team and other departments across the hotel.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the F&B team in executing gracious and approachable service while maintaining high standards of product knowledge and guest service standards.
- Contribute to the administrative success of the department by executing designated office work efficiently and accurately.
- Show versatility and flexibility by working with teams in different outlets and across different departments within F&B.
- Attend weekly F&B Management meetings as well as relevant planning/collaborative efforts.
- Ensure that all staff Health & Safety standards are always upheld.
- Reward and recognise individual and team performance to encourage an engaged and motivated team.
- Perform opening/closing procedures including updating service notes.
- Be present on the service floor, anticipating guest needs, supporting all levels of line staff in their duties.
- Ensure the guest experience is of an exceptional level and constantly review standards of practice to see where improvements can be made.
- Work alongside various other departments in upholding the standards and assisting where necessary to support.
- Any other reasonable tasks asked to be performed by the management according to the changing business needs.
