The role of the Overnight Chef de Partie is to successfully run the overnight operation as part of the kitchen brigade. You will take responsibility for the late-night menu and in-room dining service of any requests that come through throughout the evening and complete them in a timely manner. It is also your responsibility to manage good stock rotation and ensure correct storage procedures are followed to support the day operation.

About The Role:

The role of the Chef de Partie is to successfully run a section as part of the kitchen brigade. Ideal candidates should have:

  • Prior experience in high-end hotels or restaurant kitchens, as well as high-volume establishments
  • Ability to work well with others and support team members in a group setting
  • Ability to work in an organized fashion, maintaining a clean work area and uniform
  • Desire to learn and grow, and help support other team members
  • Ideally have chef de partie experience working with a wood/coal-burning grill
