The NoMad Restaurants in London combines award-winning dining and hospitality experiences. The NoMad Hotel London features a main Restaurant with a seasonal menu and central hearth, a lively Side Hustle bar and restaurant, a Library for all-day service, and a Kitchen led by Executive Chef Zak Gregoire. Role
The role of the Chef de Partie is to successfully run a section as part of the kitchen brigade. Ideal Chef de Partie candidates should have relevant experience in high-end hotels/restaurants and high-volume establishments, be able to work well with others, maintain an organized and clean work area, and demonstrate a desire to learn and grow as part of the team. Experience with a wood/coal-burning grill is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prior experience in high-end hotels/restaurant kitchens and high-volume environments.
- Work well with others and support team members in a group setting.
- Maintain an organized, clean work area and uniform.
- Demonstrate a desire to learn and grow, and help support other team members.
- Ideally experience as a Chef de Partie with wood/coal-burning grill work.
