Role: Chef de Partie
The role of Chef de Partie is to successfully run a section as part of the kitchen brigade.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Prior experience in high‑end hotels/restaurant kitchens, and high‑volume establishments.
- Ability to work well with others and support team members in a group setting.
- Ability to work in an organized fashion, maintaining a clean work area and uniform.
- Desire to learn and grow, supporting other team members.
- Ideally, experience with a wood/coal‑burning grill.
