Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle guests' luggage with care, ensuring it is properly tagged and securely stored.
  • Transport luggage to and from guest rooms, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles or taxis.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests for assistance.
  • Provide accurate directions and recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and entertainment.
  • Arrange transportation for guests, including calling taxis, booking car services, or providing information about public transportation options.
  • Assist at the main entrance by opening and closing car doors for arriving and departing guests.
