We’re the UK's first mastectomy tattoo charity, looking for a passionate and organised volunteer to provide administrative support to our Board of Trustees.
What difference will you make? Help support a niche charity, making change in an unexpected way. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the charity's direction by supporting high-level decision-making, fostering strong governance, and ensuring board operations run seamlessly — making a real impact at the heart of leadership. You’ll be part of a close-knit, dedicated team of Trustees working to further the NiP mission.

- Demonstrable experience as a Trustee or Committee Secretary
- Experience with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Gmail etc) and productivity software (e.g. Monday, Trello, Asana)
- Experience in women’s health, NHS or healthcare/medical institution
What will you be doing? This role would be ideal for someone with administrative or PA experience, who has a proactive and organised approach to ensuring effective governance and communication within the charity.
Voluntary, unpaid, remote (within the UK). Minimum commitment of 6 months, 12–15 hours per month (part-time). Travel and other reasonable expenses will be reimbursed in line with our policy.
