The Role
We are looking for a passionate and professional Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional treatments and create memorable wellness experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of face and body treatments to the highest standards.
- Conduct guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and maintained.
- Promote spa services and retail products.
- Deliver outstanding guest care and personalised service.
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
About You
- Qualified Spa Therapist (Level 2 and/or Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent).
- Passionate about wellness and guest care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, friendly, and well-presented.
- Previous luxury spa experience is desirable.
