We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales and Events Manager to join our team and elevate our events and group business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Event Sales: Generate new business for weddings, private functions, conferences, and corporate events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring every event exceeds expectations from enquiry to execution.
- Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with operations and F&B teams to deliver exceptional events aligned with The Nici brand.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets, including outreach, site visits, and industry networking.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and identify growth opportunities.
About You
- Proven experience in hotel or venue event sales, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle setting.
- Strong understanding of event operations and coordination.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized.
