The role
The Nici, we believe luxury should feel effortless. Were looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Hotel Receptionist to be the face of our guest experience.
What You\’ll Do
- Greet and check in guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently via our PMS
- Provide concierge-level information about hotel services and local attractions
- Handle check-outs, payments, and invoicing accurately
- Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
- Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly with empathy and tact
What We\’re Looking For
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred, but not essential
- Confident communicator with a naturally friendly and welcoming approach
- Able to multitask under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar) is a bonus
- Passionate about providing exceptional service and a memorable guest experience
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
