The Role.

As our Reception Manager, you\’ll lead the front-of-house team to deliver effortless, memorable service from the moment guests arrive to the time they say goodbye.
You\’ll oversee daily operations, train and inspire your team, manage guest queries with confidence, and ensure our service reflects the unique spirit of The Nici.
What You\’ll Do Lead and support our reception team to deliver outstanding guest service Oversee check-in, check-out, billing, and reservations coordination Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and ease Maintain high standards of presentation and service in the lobby and reception area Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Drive performance, implement SOPs, and uphold brand standards Support training, scheduling, and team development What We\’re Looking For Experience in hotel front office management or supervisory roles A natural people leader with excellent communication skills Calm, organised, and solutions-focused Confident using hotel PMS systems Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences Experience in luxury or boutique hotels (advantageous) What\’s in it for you….
