Job Description:
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service and presentation. You’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, contributing to the success of our growing venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and training
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Support food and beverage service standards and compliance
- Oversee inventory, stock control, and ordering
- Assist with event planning and special functions
- Lead by example, fostering a positive, professional team environment
