The NICI Newquay, opening in 2026, will redefine seaside hospitality, offering stunning ocean views, contemporary design, a vibrant restaurant and bar scene, indulgent spa and leisure facilities, and a guest experience like no other. The Role: The Front of House Manager will oversee all guest‑facing departments, ensuring seamless service delivery from arrival to departure. You’ll set the tone for hospitality standards and lead teams that deliver warm, confident, and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Front Office, Guest Relations, and Porterage
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of FOH teams
