The role… As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll be responsible for leading shifts, overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring that the highest service standards are met across all areas of the hotel and coaching our colleagues. This is a hands-on role, and you’ll be working closely with senior management to continuously improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the team during shifts, ensuring excellent customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure that housekeeping, maintenance, and front-of-house areas meet high standards.
  • Support the training and development of staff to maintain a motivated and effective team.
