We’re seeking an ambitious and experienced Director of Sales to lead all aspects of commercial performance, business development, and event strategy. You’ll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving the hotel’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage key account segments: Corporate, M&E, and Leisure.
- Develop and deliver social business in line with company strategy.
- Collaborate with the Group Sales Director and Events Manager to set on-property strategy.
- Secure new business aligned with commercial goals.
- Negotiate and develop local partnerships and sponsorships for long-term value.
- Meet cross-sell expectations across The NICI Group.
- Promote the property in line with budget and objectives.
- Manage existing accounts and prepare production and revenue reports.
- Deliver proactive sales activity in line with Group SOPs.
- Foster a sales-driven culture across all departments.
- Represent THE NICI at local networking and industry events.
- Coordinate client showcases and familiarisation events.
- Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to position the hotel effectively.
- Work alongside Marketing to ensure brand presentation is consistent and high-quality across all channels.
