The role… As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, performance, and development of the spa. You will lead a talented team, ensure exceptional service standards, and drive commercial success while maintaining a calm, welcoming, and luxurious environment for guests and members.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, including treatments, facilities, and guest experience
- Lead, train, motivate, and develop the spa team to deliver outstanding service
- Manage schedules, payroll, and staffing levels to meet business demands
- Drive revenue through treatments, memberships, retail sales, and spa promotions
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and report on performance and KPIs
- Work closely with hotel management to align the spa offering with the wider guest experience
About You
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager within a luxury hotel or high-end spa
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Commercially minded with experience driving revenue and managing budgets
- Passionate about wellness, guest experience, and service excellence
- Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays as required
