The Role
As Spa & Leisure Manager, you will lead and inspire the spa and leisure team, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional wellness experience. From treatments and fitness facilities to leisure activities, you’ll drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and brand standards across all wellbeing offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage spa, gym, pool, and leisure operations
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing spa and leisure team
- Ensure exceptional standards of service, hygiene, and presentation
- Drive revenue through treatments, memberships, retail, and leisure activities
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for the department
- Collaborate with F&B, Front Office, and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Support events, wellness initiatives, and promotional campaigns
About You
- Proven experience managing spa and leisure operations in a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercially minded, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth
- Passionate about wellness, service excellence, and creating memorable guest journeys
- Experience with pre-opening or new concept launches is desirable
