The Role

We are seeking a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to join our culinary team, producing high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and afternoon tea offerings that enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all pastry products.
  • Support menu development and seasonal offerings.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Assist with stock management and ordering.
  • Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.
