What began with THE NICI Bournemouth, our original flagship hotel inspired by Miami's South Beach, has grown into an exciting collection of destination-led properties. In June 2026, the collection expanded with the opening of THE NICI Newquay, inspired by Italy's Amalfi Coast, and THE NICI New Forest, inspired by the luxury and charm of the Hamptons. This is just the beginning of our growth journey, and we're looking for talented individuals who want to build their careers with an ambitious and expanding hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise digital content and marketing assets across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Google Business Profile, and other third-party platforms.
  • Monitor website performance, campaign results, customer behaviour, and conversion funnels using analytics tools, providing regular reporting and actionable insights.
  • Work collaboratively with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, F&B, and Spa teams to deliver integrated digital strategies that support total property revenue.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, hospitality e-commerce best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure THE NICI Collection remains competitive.

  • Experience managing CMS platforms, booking engines, and OTA listings.
  • Commercially focused with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences.
