We are currently looking for a passionate and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join our growing culinary team.

The Role

  • Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional food standards across our busy kitchen operation.
  • Assist in running a designated kitchen section during service.
  • Prepare and present dishes to consistently high standards.
  • Support senior chefs during busy services and events.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Help manage stock rotation and kitchen organisation.
  • Work collaboratively within a fast-paced and professional brigade.
  • Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development.
