The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic
C&B Team Members to join our Conference & Banqueting team.
You’ll play an important role in delivering a seamless service across a variety of events, from conferences and meetings to weddings, private dining and special celebrations.
You’ll be confident, personable and passionate about hospitality, with a genuine desire to make every guest experience memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional and attentive service throughout every event.
- Set up and prepare function rooms to the required standards.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Work closely with the kitchen, events and wider hotel teams to ensure smooth service.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation.
- Support the team before, during and after events.
- Ensure all hotel and C&B standards are consistently maintained.
- What We’re Looking For
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- A friendly, confident and professional approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous hospitality or C&B experience is desirable but not essential.
