The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Operations Manager to support the General Manager in running day to day hotel operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments and creating operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational planning and pre-opening readiness for all hotel departments, including Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Leisure
- Work closely with departmental heads to achieve operational KPIs and maintain The NICI’s high service standards
- Implement systems, procedures, and workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet operational needs
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Act as a key point of contact for problem-solving, ensuring operational challenges are managed proactively
- Collaborate with the General Manager on commercial strategy, guest experience enhancements, and operational innovation
About You
- Proven operations management experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality
- Experience supporting pre-opening or large-scale operations strongly preferred
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Confident leader who can manage multiple teams and departments simultaneously
