About THE NICI Collection

THE NICI Collection is a luxury lifestyle hotel group inspired by some of the world's most iconic destinations, bringing exceptional hospitality, outstanding food and drink, and unforgettable guest experiences to some of the UK's most desirable locations. What began with THE NICI Bournemouth, our original flagship hotel inspired by Miami's South Beach, has grown into an exciting collection of destination-led properties. In June 2026, the collection expanded with the opening of THE NICI Newquay, inspired by Italy's Amalfi Coast, and THE NICI New Forest, inspired by the luxury and charm of the Hamptons. This is just the beginning of our growth journey, and we're looking for talented individuals who want to build their careers with an ambitious and expanding hospitality brand.

The Role

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and commercially minded Wedding & Events Coordinator to join the team at THE NICI New Forest. You will be responsible for coordinating weddings, private celebrations, corporate events and special occasions, managing each booking from the initial enquiry through to delivery. You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring every detail is carefully planned and that each event delivers an exceptional experience. Working closely with the wider hotel team, you will help develop our weddings and events offering, build strong client relationships and maximise revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage wedding and event enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking and delivery.
  • Arrange and conduct venue show rounds and client meetings.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts and event function sheets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and helping bring their vision to life.
  • Coordinate all event details, including menus, room layouts, timings, suppliers and special requests.
  • Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure events run smoothly.
  • Oversee events on the day, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation.
  • Follow up on enquiries and quotations to maximise bookings and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell accommodation, food and beverage packages and additional services.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and ensure deposits and payments are managed correctly.

About You

  • Previous experience in a weddings, events or hospitality coordination role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills.
  • A natural flair for sales and the ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proactive, flexible and able to use your initiative.
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • A positive team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards.

Join THE NICI Collection and be part of an exciting growth story where exceptional hospitality, great people, and memorable experiences are at the heart of everything we do. If you are passionate about luxury hospitality and have the leadership skills to inspire exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
