We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Spa Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times. You will lead by example, support your team, and play a key part in creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support spa cleaning staff in daily duties
- Ensure all spa areas are clean, hygienic, and well-presented
- Maintain high standards across treatment rooms, poolside, thermal areas, and changing facilities
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and linens
- Work closely with the spa and wider hotel team to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health & safety and hygiene regulations
