The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Breakfast chef to lead our morning food and beverage operation. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high operational standards, and supporting the breakfast team to deliver a memorable start to every guest's day. The successful candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily breakfast service, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Lead, motivate and support the breakfast team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Welcome guests and ensure all service standards are consistently maintained.
- Assist with seating, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and responding to guest requests when required.
- Monitor staffing levels and delegate duties effectively throughout the shift.
- Ensure breakfast buffets, food displays and service stations are fully stocked, clean and presented to the highest standard.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently.
- Support the training and development of team members, helping to build a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting where required.
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- Previous supervisory experience within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment.
