The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Breakfast Manager to lead our breakfast operation and deliver an exceptional start to every guest's day. You will oversee all aspects of breakfast service, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hospitality while leading and developing a high‐performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily breakfast operation, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop the breakfast team.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests professionally.
  • Ensure breakfast service areas are clean, organised, and presented to luxury standards.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Assist with team training, rotas, and performance management.
  • Maintain stock levels and support ordering requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
  • Work closely with the Kitchen and wider hotel teams to deliver an outstanding breakfast experience.

About You

  • Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience within a hotel or restaurant breakfast operation.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem‐solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working early mornings in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, professional, and hands‐on approach.
