The Role
We are looking for an experienced Pool Host Supervisor to lead our poolside operation and ensure exceptional service standards are delivered throughout the guest experience. You will support the management team in overseeing the Pool Host team, maintaining service standards, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the pool area.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the Pool Host team.
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained.
- Assist with daily team briefings and training.
- Manage guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure poolside areas are clean, organised, and presented to luxury standards.
- Coordinate service with Food & Beverage and Leisure departments.
