The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused Pool Hosts to deliver exceptional service around our pool and leisure facilities. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests, ensuring the pool area is well presented, and assisting with food and beverage service where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests using the pool facilities.
- Set up and maintain loungers, towels, and cabanas.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders where applicable.
- Ensure the pool area remains clean, organised, and well presented.
- Respond to guest requests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage and Leisure teams.
- Deliver exceptional guest service at all times.
