The Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our Front of House team for this exciting new opening. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and memorable arrival and departure experience.

  • Welcome guests with a warm and engaging approach
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests
