The Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our Front of House team for this exciting new opening. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and memorable arrival and departure experience.
- Welcome guests with a warm and engaging approach
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a smooth guest journey
About You
- Previous experience in a Reception or guest-facing role preferred
