Following the success of THE NICI Bournemouth, the group is expanding with the exciting launch of THE NICI New Forest — bringing a fresh, relaxed luxury experience to the South Coast. As part of this major new opening, we are building an outstanding front-of-house team for Martha’s and Elms Café and are looking for enthusiastic Hosts to join us.
The Role
As a Host, you’ll be the first impression for our guests, greeting visitors warmly, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive. You’ll work closely with the restaurant and bar teams to create a seamless and memorable dining experience across both venues.

Martha’s will offer vibrant, social dining inspired by coastal hospitality, seasonal produce, and relaxed luxury. Elms Café will provide a welcoming all-day dining experience with fresh breakfasts, lunches, coffee, and casual favourites in a stylish setting.
