This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters. You will support the employee lifecycle, payroll processes, HR administration, compliance activity and colleague communications, ensuring information is accurate, confidential and delivered professionally.You will be trusted to handle sensitive information, draft correspondence, resolve queries and support colleagues with confidence, professionalism and integrity.
What you will be doing
- Managing HR administration across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to leaving employment.
- Preparing, checking and submitting payroll information accurately and within required deadlines.
- Investigating and resolving payroll and people-related queries, escalating appropriately where needed.
- Producing accurate letters, contracts, reports and employee correspondence.
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems with exceptional attention to detail.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and compliance processes.
- Undertaking calculations, data checks and reconciliations to confirm accuracy.
- Responding confidently, sensitively and professionally to employee enquiries.
- Working collaboratively with leaders, HR colleagues and payroll providers to resolve issues.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion and sound judgement.
- Contributing to continuous improvement in people processes and service delivery.

Essential experience and skills
- Experience in an HR, payroll, administration or customer-focused environment.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Experience of maintaining records and working with confidential information.
- Good numerical skills and confidence working with data and calculations.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
