Catering Assistant (27.5 hours)

NJC Scale Point: 3-6

Hours: 27.5 per week, 39 weeks per annum

FTE Salary: £24,412 - £25,988

Actual Salary: £15,606 - £16,613

Contract: Permanent starting as soon as possible

Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic preparation of food, including some cooking
  • Set up servery counters for lunch
  • General cleaning of kitchen and associated areas when required
  • Work as part of a team and independently, maintaining good timekeeping
  • Operate IT equipment, e.g. tills

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and customer care skills
