If you’ve got 6–8 years’ experience in invoice finance and enjoy managing clients from onboarding through to offboarding, this might be the challenge you’ve been waiting for.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing your own book of 50–60 B2B invoice finance clients – no micromanagement, just autonomy and support
- Conducting risk reviews and fraud monitoring across the client base
- Supporting onboarding, lifecycle management and offboarding of clients
- Overseeing recoveries and initiating litigation processes when necessary
- Negotiating terms, developing policies and managing distressed or at-risk clients
- Leading a small team of Credit Controllers and working closely with a knowledgeable Ops Manager who’s been with the business for over 20 years
What you will need:
- Extensive invoice finance experience
- Previous experience in similar roles, such as Invoice Finance Manager / Credit Manager / Credit Risk Manager / Credit Analyst / Finance Operations Manager / Credit Risk Analyst / Client Relationship Manager
- Confidence in overseeing credit control, recoveries, risk monitoring and legal escalation
- To be proactive, practical and able to thrive when given ownership
