Reporting to the Audit Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and completing audit fieldwork, substantive and analytical procedures
  • Planning and finalising audit assignments, ensuring files are fully documented and compliant
  • Preparing statutory financial statements from client data
  • Identifying and escalating high-level risk areas or concerns to senior management
  • Using your judgement to deliver quality work and support the team
  • Coaching, mentoring, and motivating junior colleagues as you help shape their careers

What you will need:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Audit Senior, Audit Associate, or Assurance Associate
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and assurance standards
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude
