Reporting to the Audit Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and completing audit fieldwork, substantive and analytical procedures
- Planning and finalising audit assignments, ensuring files are fully documented and compliant
- Preparing statutory financial statements from client data
- Identifying and escalating high-level risk areas or concerns to senior management
- Using your judgement to deliver quality work and support the team
- Coaching, mentoring, and motivating junior colleagues as you help shape their careers
What you will need:
- ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Audit Senior, Audit Associate, or Assurance Associate
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and assurance standards
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude
