Join a locally well-known organisation as their new Senior Finance Assistant. This is a 6-month contract supporting an interesting part of the business. You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive finance team. The role will provide support to revenue, capital budgeting and forecasting processes through high quality finance and administrative support. You’ll benefit from flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to take advantage of season ticket discounts.
Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Accounting Technicians with financial management and accountancy services.
- Assisting in revenue and capital budgeting processes.
- Raising orders and invoices using financial systems.
- Reconciling expenditure and income accounts.
- Providing accurate and timely management information.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and other departments.
