Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for:
- Producing full management accounts packs alongside the Head of FP&A
- Managing reporting across 16 sites and additional business units
- Preparing P&L reports and reviewing prepayments, accruals, and fixed assets
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations and posting journals
- Supporting the budgeting process, especially during the June cycle
- Delivering financial analysis and KPI reporting
- Assisting with group consolidation projects and capital projects
- Preparing reporting packs and commentary for presentations
- Collaborating with operational managers to explain variances
- Handling large datasets, including occupancy and performance metrics
What you will need:
- Part‑qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or AAT considered)
- Previous experience in a similar role (Management Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant, Finance Analyst)
- Strong management accounts background and commercial awareness
- Confident, capable, and able to hit the ground running
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables essential)
- Flexible approach to systems
