Reporting to the Head of Accounts, you will be responsible for:
- Processing office and client account transactions in line with legal accounting procedures
- Managing company expenses and supporting the expense approval process
- Completing credit card reconciliations and investigating any discrepancies
- Posting supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Assisting with Land Registry-related financial administration
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing development of a new expenses process
- Providing flexible support across the finance team and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple offices to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
