This AP and Expense Manager role puts you at the heart of a leading finance operation, overseeing a home-based team and driving improvements across the entire accounts payable and expense process. This is a 12-month contract, working remotely or hybrid from either Farnborough or Whiteley, you’ll be joining a collaborative finance function, reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, and supported by an experienced team.

Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating a remote AP and Expense team
  • Setting high standards for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all AP and expense activities
  • Ensuring supplier payments and employee expenses are processed correctly and on time
  • Tracking, reporting, and resolving exceptions and errors
  • Driving improvements in UK P2P processes and maintaining up-to-date procedures
  • Overseeing invoice entry, audits, reconciliations, and supplier queries
  • Supporting month-end tasks and maintaining business confidentiality

What you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar finance or AP role (such as AP Manager, Accountant)
