As FP&A Analyst, you’ll enjoy a flexible, hybrid working pattern, career progression, and the chance to work closely with a highly regarded Head of Commercial Finance in a genuinely collaborative team.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be responsible for:
- Analysing financial performance across multiple contracts, reviewing costs, activity drivers and KPIs
- Tracking costs against plan and working with contract managers to resolve variances
- Supporting pricing for new contracts and assisting with pricing model transitions
- Managing month‑end processes, including reconciliations and management accounts
- Reporting actual costs and reconciling against advance payments
- Acting as the main point of contact for contract managers, partnering to address issues such as headcount and cost drift
- Providing financial input for contract tenure and planning cycles
- Building strong relationships across the organisation to support commercial decision‑making and business growth
What you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as FP&A Analyst / Management Accountant / Commercial Analyst
- Experience supporting business growth and change
- Ability to work flexibly and partner with both finance and operational stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
