You’ll be the go-to for monthly reporting across four trading companies, with the freedom to add value, influence change, and develop your career as the group doubles in size. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Producing monthly management accounts, including prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, and intercompany journal postings
  • Reconciling balance sheets and managing a combined budget of £47m
  • Preparing intercompany accounts, full P&L, budget, and cashflow forecasts
  • Handling revenue recognition reporting and supporting system migration from EVO to COINS
  • Supervising an Assistant Management Accountant and supporting the purchase ledger team
  • Attending meetings at Group meetings with the Finance Director

What you will need:

  • Part-qualified or actively studying CIMA or ACCA (or similar)
  • Previous experience in a management accounts role (Management Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant, Finance Analyst, or similar)
  • Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables – Power BI a bonus)
  • A proactive, passionate approach and the confidence to get stuck in
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, evolving environment
