Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for
- Leading and managing the transactional finance team
- Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, and Bookkeeping
- Managing the monthly payroll process
- Ensuring VAT processes are completed accurately
- Supporting and developing team members
- Resolving finance escalations and providing hands-on operational support
- Improving and maintaining transactional finance processes
What you will need
- Previous experience in a similar role (Finance Manager, Finance Operations Manager, Transactional Finance Manager, or similar)
- Strong background in transactional finance and bookkeeping
- Excellent knowledge of PAYE, VAT, and payroll processes
- Proven people management experience (ideally managing teams of 3 or more)
