Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
- Bringing insight and narrative to financial reporting, telling the story behind the numbers
- Leading and developing the finance team
- Overseeing month-end processes, including review and detailed analysis
- Rebuilding and improving cashflow forecasting, with monthly reforecasts and granular detail
- Identifying profitable ervice lines and providing board-level detail
- Managing intercompany loans and trading company pinch points
- Driving efficiencies and process improvements across finance operations
- Reviewing and developing processes
- Conducting regular 121s with the team and supporting longer-term growth plans
What you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role (Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Group Financial Controller)
- All rounder finance experience
- Comfortable with change and process improvement
- Ability to make a difference and drive progression
