The Nice Exchange is a close-knit team of content marketers based in the Baltic Triangle, Liverpool. Through written content, graphic design, videography, and structured training, our goal is to help our cross-sector nationwide clients have more time, make the most of their marketing efforts, and relieve their headaches.
We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Executive to join us as we enter the next phase of our journey. This is a full-time role at The Nice Exchange. Your work will focus on:
- Writing content for social media, blogs, emails, and reports
- Overseeing social platform activity and supporting community engagement
- Supporting internal and external marketing campaigns
- Handling project admin and liaising with freelancers or suppliers
- Feeding into strategy, content planning, and analytics
Here, you’ll help shape the work you do. Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 depending on experience. Benefits include hybrid working, flexible monthly allowance, ongoing training and personal development, and a city-centre workspace within a vibrant creative community.

Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience in marketing, content, or communications (agency or in-house)
- Confident using industry standard design, video and content creation tools and familiar with social media scheduling tools
- Comfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or Google equivalents)
- Experience with time-tracking and project management tools (we use ClickUp)
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in marketing, comms, or digital media
