Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Regularly inspecting sites and identifying and resolving any maintenance repairs to ensure a safe environment.
- Organising and scheduling equipment maintenance tasks.
- Responsibility for vehicle safety and hydro pool maintenance and safety.
- Working alongside the Health and Safety team to oversee development projects on site.
- Overseeing the Cleaners and managing cleaning operations to maintain building standards.
