40 hours across 5 days, including regular evenings and weekends. Due to the location of the Estate, a driving license is recommended for this role.

Our Waiter/ss at The Botanical Rooms will be the warm welcome and polished service at the heart of the Botanical Rooms—creating memorable moments from first greeting to final goodbye. You’ll shape the atmosphere, deliver refined table service, and share the stories of our ingredients and provenance to elevate every guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver excellent service while confidently managing 5–8 tables.
- Complete mise-en-place to high standards.
- Provide full table service across food, wine, beverages, Afternoon Tea, coffees and teas.
- Build strong knowledge of menus, ingredients and provenance, sharing this with guests.
- Collaborate with restaurant, hotel and wider Estate teams.
- An hourly rate of up to £12.75, increasing up to £13 upon successful completion of probation.
