The Garden Cafe offers a salary of ÂŁ29,870 per annum plus tronc and fantastic benefits. The role requires 45 hours per week across 5 days, including regular weekends, with hours usually from 8am to 5:30pm and occasional evenings. A driving license is recommended due to the location of the Estate.
As a Chef de Partie, you will own a designated section, turning peak-season produce and home-reared meats into vibrant, flavour-first plates. You will work closely with our Sous and Head Chef, setting the pace, mentoring juniors, upholding hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth, consistent service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and maintain standards on your section through mise en place and service.
- Rotate across sections to support service and build all-round mastery.
- Communicate clearly and champion teamwork across the brigade.
