Our Restaurant Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our 40-cover restaurant and its talented front-of-house team. You’ll take ownership of the daily operation, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience while supporting, mentoring, and inspiring your team. Working closely with the kitchen, you’ll ensure smooth service, strong communication, and consistently high standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and has a genuine passion for outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Deliver an exceptional experience for every guest, every time
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated, high-performing front-of-house team
- Uphold and elevate presentation standards across the restaurant
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and strong communication
- Manage rotas, holidays, labour costs, and staffing levels
- Oversee stock control and cost management with a focus on efficiency

- Previous high-end restaurant experience at Assistant or Manager level
- Previous experience with building and leading a strong front-of-house team
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials
