Our Office Receptionist
Some people are naturally the heart of a place – if you’re the sort who can juggle calls, post, deliveries, and diary queries without losing your cool or your smile, you might just be our next Office Receptionist. This role is all about being a warm, capable, and unflappable presence at the core of our busy Estate Office – the beating heart of The Newt’s operations. You\’ll be the first face our guests and colleagues see, setting the tone for a warm welcome and smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls and queries, both external and internal
- Support employees with day-to-day administrative needs
- Ensure deliveries are received and directed appropriately
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and parcels
- Assist with stationery ordering and supplies
- Input purchase requests using Sage
- Provide admin support to the Executive Assistant, Hotel, and HR teams
