£31,980 pro rata plus tronc and fantastic benefits. Up to 12 months maternity cover - to start approx June/July. 40 hours per week across 5 days, Monday to Friday. Based onsite – BA7. Due to the location of the Estate, a driving licence is recommended for this role.
Drive performance, shape operations, and help deliver unforgettable luxury experiences at one of the UK’s most unique estates. As Hotel Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the commercial, operational, and administrative success of our Hotel division. Working closely with department heads and operational teams, you’ll ensure systems, reporting, compliance, and processes are running efficiently while supporting the delivery of an exceptional guest experience. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. From overseeing reporting and financial controls to supporting Health & Safety coordination and operational improvements, you’ll be at the centre of driving efficiency, collaboration, and high standards across the estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee reporting and systems to ensure accurate operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support recruitment, scheduling, and collaboration across departments.
- Coordinate Health & Safety training, compliance, audits, and incident management.
- Manage stock control, ordering, invoicing, and system administration processes.
- Support financial performance through GP tracking, cost control, and menu costing.
- Assist with competitor analysis and commercial performance reporting.
- Deliver systems training across operational platforms where required.
- Work collaboratively with department heads to drive process improvements.
