Food and Beverage Team Leader

We are looking for a dedicated Food and Beverage Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our F&B outlets across our busy Visitor Attraction. As 1 of 3, your primary responsibility will be to ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining our high service standards. Your strong customer service skills will be key in creating a welcoming environment where our guests feel valued and enjoy their time with us.

You’ll also be responsible for stock control and waste, monitoring food hygiene standards as well as coaching and supporting your team., * Uphold and enhance our service standards to ensure every guest has a positive and memorable experience.

• Assist in stock controls, costs and waste management

• Ensuring all departmental procedures are adhered to. Ensure all statutory health and safety is met, up to date and constantly reviewed

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with different departments and people, working effectively and maintaining a holistic overview across all areas.

• Follow systems to manage your team and overall presentation of your department to ensure high standards are upheld., This role will be predominantly covering our 3 core food and beverage venues as well as ad-hocly assisting with Estate events:

• The Story of Gardening – An interactive experience, designed to guide visitors through gardens in time. The F&B offering is based around the gardens on display.

• Confident yet approachable. with hospitality leadership experience

• Previous food and beverage experience

• A strong commitment to delivery exceptional service with efficiency

• Excellent attention to detail, with pride in their own appearance and the appearance of their other team members
