Our Chef de Parties work with state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring each dish is beautiful and highlights the flavours of each component. Dishes are fresh and seasonal, using produce from our Estate garden team and trusted local suppliers.
CDPs play a crucial role in our kitchen. The day-to-day duties of each section will be your responsibility, and commis chefs will look to you for guidance and development. Previous experience in high-end food preparation and a passion for seasonal produce is a must.
